KarliandGord- January 26 2012. The floor did not look this good when I bought it new. We had tenants renting this house and after they left the grout was black in the high traffic areas and grey on the rest. We had no idea how to get it looking clean again. We tried all kinds of cleaners and nothing worked. We came across Car-Michael's web site and decide to give it a try. It was worth every penny and then some. The tile and the carpet look amazing. I cannot believe the transformation. We are planning on selling this house and having this restoration done has increased our property value.
